Our personal training group sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels, goals, and body types. Led by seasoned trainers, these dynamic sessions provide personalized attention in

a supportive group environment. Come sweat with your office mates!

This is a 3-month program, and you will be charged monthly. Upon enrollment, you will be charged for the first month, with subsequent payments occurring 30 days and 60 days after. Any missed sessions by the trainer will be made up at the end of the program or credited toward your next program.
